Returns & Refund Policy
At Conducive Beauty Inc., every service is customized to the individual client—whether an adult or child—using professional products, dedicated appointment time, and expert care. Because each service is personalized, all services, deposits, and purchases are considered final sale.
By booking an appointment, paying a deposit, purchasing products or hair, or receiving services from Conducive Beauty Inc., you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Returns & Refund Policy.
Non-Refundable Services
All salon services are non-refundable, for adults and children, once they have been provided or completed, including but not limited to:
Adult and children's haircuts
Children's styling and braid services
Hair styling and special occasion styling
Shampoo and conditioning services
Hair treatments
Hair color services
Silk presses, relaxers, and chemical services
Hair extension and wig installation services
Braiding, twists, loc services, and protective styles
Skin care regimen
Any other salon service performed by Conducive Beauty Inc.
Once a service has been performed, it cannot be refunded because the appointment time, professional labor, products, and expertise have already been provided.
If you have any concerns about your service, we kindly ask that you notify us before leaving the salon so we have the opportunity to address any legitimate concerns whenever reasonably possible.
Refunds will not be issued for:
Change of mind
Dissatisfaction reported after leaving the salon
Failure to follow recommended aftercare instructions
Failure to follow recommended maintenance schedules
Services requested against professional recommendations
Missed appointments or late arrivals
A child's inability or unwillingness to complete a scheduled service due to discomfort, anxiety, excessive movement, or behavioral challenges
Any other circumstance except where required by applicable law
Children's Services
For the safety and comfort of every child, parent, guardian, stylist, and guest, children receiving salon services must be able to safely participate in the scheduled service.
If a service must be shortened, modified, or discontinued because a child is unable to safely cooperate or remain reasonably still, charges will still apply for the appointment time and services already provided. Refunds will not be issued for partially completed children's services.
Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring children are supervised and prepared for their appointment.
Product Sales
All retail products and hair purchases are final sale.
Products may not be returned or exchanged once purchased unless required by applicable law or if the product was sold in a defective condition.
Hair Extensions
All hair extension purchases are final sale.
Hair extensions cannot be returned or refunded once they have been opened, handled, worn, installed, altered, or otherwise accepted by the client.
Hair extension and wig installation services are also non-refundable once completed, as the hair is customized specifically for each client and cannot be resold or reused.
Deposits & Appointment Fees
All deposits, booking fees, retainers, and advance payments are non-refundable.
Deposits are applied toward your scheduled appointment and reserve dedicated time in our schedule. Because appointment times are held exclusively for you, deposits cannot be refunded except where required by law.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide as much notice as possible.
Hair extension and wig appointments require a minimum of 48 hours' notice.
All other appointments, including children's services, require a minimum of 24 hours' notice.
Appointments canceled without the required notice will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service total.
Clients-adults and children- who fail to arrive for their appointment within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, will be considered a "no-show", will forfeit their deposit and may be required to prepay future appointments.

By booking an appointment, submitting a deposit, purchasing products or hair, or receiving services at Conducive Beauty, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Returns & Refund Policy.
